Eggs in Tomato Gravy

Eggs in tomato gravy is perhaps one of the most common dishes that is widely cooked and consumed by Chinese families all over the world. It is simple to cook and yet very delicious. I have been eating this for as long as I remember and now my son is fond of it as well! The gravy is sweet yet tangy and most importantly, you do not need much ingredients to make it. These are the ingredients that you are going to need: 6 Eggs 2 medium tomatoes Oil Sugar Salt Chicken Powder Cornflour Water 1) First, you need to whisk all the eggs in a bowl and then fry them in a wok. Prawn Wanton Soup

Who doesn't like wanton? At least, I don't know anyone who is not fond of it. In today's post I am going to share with you a very simple yet a delicious recipe that is bound to make your mouth water. Presenting to you, prawn wanton soup! These are the ingredients that you are going to need: - Prawns. The quantity depends on how much wantons you want to make. - Salt to suit your taste - Black or white pepper - 1/2 tsp soy sauce - An egg - A tsp of cornflour - 10 Wanton Wrappers - Chopped spring onions - Fresh tatsoi or any Asian greens that you can find. - Chicken broth or water - Chicken powder 1) First, you need to remove the shells and devein the prawns. Wash them well and cut them into small pieces. I wouldn't suggest you chop them up because I personally feel it's better to have chunks of prawns inside the wantons. It looks better and it definitely tastes better. 2) Now take a bowl and add the prawns, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, half
